I offer honest therapy services tailored to meet the diverse needs of adults, teens, and children. Elevare Counseling Collective, via Honest Urban Therapy, is a telehealth private practice offering culturally competent, trauma-informed mental health care to Tennesseeans.

My practice focuses on accessibility and inclusivity, while also specializing in academic and career counseling for high school students and young adults navigating college. My goal is to provide accessible, affirming, and evidence-based mental health services for Black & other marginalized communities through a social justice–minded, culturally responsive lens.

I am trained in EMDR, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, TF-CBT, and ACRA. I provide individual and family therapy. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor with over 10 years of behavioral and mental health experience.

Simply put, I provide Therapy you can trust. I am a millennial therapist who meets clients where they are.
